Rodent Treatment Package – $99 (includes 2 bait stations).

What’s the free rodent upgrade?
We place a rodent bait station in your roof void at no extra cost. It has no warranty and suits homes without an existing rodent issue. If you already have rats or mice, choose the full Rodent Treatment.

$99 plus $25 per additional bait station.

Is there a warranty on rodent treatments?
Yes – 3 months.

Payment methods?
Cash, debit, or credit card.

How do you quote commercial/business premises?

Most homes require one annual treatment ($190). For heavy infestations or high-pressure areas, a 2nd or 3rd visit may be recommended ($49 each).

Do you treat bed bugs? How much?
Yes. Bed bugs are difficult to treat. We use chemicals and heat treatments (from 2020) for best results. Pricing starts from $550 including 2 follow-up visits. Warranty: 30 days.

Do you charge extra to move furniture?
No.

Termite Inspection price?
$220.

Do you treat caravans, vehicles, or boats?
Yes. Treatments are tailored to the situation. See our price list or request a quote.

Before Treatment

Terms & Warranty Policy
Most services include a Warranty or Free Service Period. We use high-quality products backed by research to ensure effective results while maintaining safety.

Health & Safety Risk Assessment
Technicians assess the site before work. Customers must advise of pets, allergies, or other concerns. The technician will outline safety instructions and preparation steps.

Are your services guaranteed?
Yes. See warranty section for details.

Why can’t I do it myself?
Retail products often have low effectiveness. We use targeted, professionally tested treatments specific to each pest species.

How long does treatment take?
Around 1 hour.

What should I do before treatment?
Mop and vacuum floors, pressure wash external walls, and paint walls (if needed) before service. Avoid mopping for 1 week after.

Do I need to empty cupboards or move furniture?
No, except for certain pests such as German cockroaches, pantry pests, or fabric pests.

Do I need to leave my home?
Usually no, except for flea and bed bug treatments.

Cancellation policy?
No fee, but 24 hours notice is appreciated.

Are these small cockroaches German cockroaches?
Possibly. They are smaller than other species and may require follow-up treatment.

When can I return after application?
Immediately for most treatments. Fleas and bed bugs require temporary vacancy.

Can my dog stay inside?
Yes, but best to remove for 1 hour until dry.

Is one ant treatment enough?
Depends on species and severity.

Do you treat wildlife?
No, but we can refer a licensed wildlife remover.

Call-ahead available?
Yes.

Flea treatment warranty?
30 days.

Will chemicals harm plants?
No, but we avoid vegetable gardens, fruit trees, and bee-attracting flowers.

Will products stain carpets or damage furniture?
No. For carpet treatments, we may spot-test first.

What is Integrated Pest Management (IPM)?
A combination of pest biology, environmental control, and targeted treatments for safe, long-term pest control.

Areas treated?
Internal floors, walls, roof voids, external building perimeters, patios, fences, gardens, sheds, garages, and cubby houses.

During Treatment

Can I be inside?
Yes, exposure is minimal.

Safe for unborn/newborn babies?
Yes, but we recommend they vacate during application.

How quickly do products work?
Immediately, with full effect depending on pest type and infestation level.

Drying time?
About 1 hour.

Areas treated?
Internals, externals, roof space, skirtings, behind appliances, fence lines, garden edges, etc.

Empty kitchen cupboards?
No. We use targeted crack-and-crevice treatments and gel baiting.

What if it rains?
Light rain is fine. Heavy rain may delay external work.

Toxicity of chemicals?
We use the safest available professional-grade products.

Eco-friendly/natural?
Some are based on natural pyrethrum, synthetically modified for longer protection.

Will baiting rats cause dead rats in my roof?
Possibly 10–20%, but most die outside.

What if my dog eats bait or a poisoned rat?
Bait is toxic but secured in stations. Secondary poisoning is rare.

Will treatments harm children or pets?
No, when used correctly. Keep children and pets off treated surfaces until dry.

After Treatment

What to expect?
Increased pest activity in the first 48 hours, sometimes up to 7 days.

How can I reduce pest activity?
Keep the home and yard clean, remove food and water sources.

When can I clean?
Wait 5–7 days before cleaning treated edges. For spider sprays on windows/doors, wait 1–2 weeks.

Can I mop floors?
Avoid mopping edges for 2 weeks.

Still seeing pests after a week?
Normal. Allow 3–4 weeks for full effect.

Odd pests months later — normal?
Yes, as treatments don’t repel pests — they must contact residues.

Rats baited last week but still noisy?
Allow 1–2 weeks for control.

Do you remove dead rodents?
Not normally. Annual plan customers may have this included.

Why don’t you treat inside on every visit?
We focus on perimeter control to limit indoor pesticide use.

Termites

Do you treat termites?
Yes we do.

What are termites?
Soft-bodied insects (often called “white ants”) that feed on cellulose.

How do I know I have termites?
We use inspections and thermal imaging to locate activity.

How common are termites?
One in three Australian homes will get termites.

Will regular spray stop termites?
No — they need a treated soil zone (“barrier”).

Are white ants the same as termites?
Yes.

I just found termites — what should I do?
Do not disturb them. Cover the area and call us.

What is a termite barrier?
A physical or chemical system to prevent termite entry.

Why still inspect yearly with a barrier?
No system is 100% foolproof; inspections catch early signs.

Can you just “spray annually” for termites?
No, soil treatment is required.

How much damage can termites do?
Colonies can cause severe structural damage in under 2 years.

If neighbour has termites, will I get them?
Possibly — they forage up to 100m.

Can new houses get termites?
Yes — inspections are still needed.

How to tell termites from ants?
Ants have a pinched waist; termites have a uniform body.
