Pro Pest Control is a Brisbane-based pest management company committed to providing effective, safe, and environmentally-conscious pest solutions for homes and businesses. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction and technical excellence, we service thousands of properties annually across Brisbane and surrounding regions.
Our 10-Year Journey

| 2015 | Founded in Brisbane with a simple mission: make pest control easy, safe, and dependable. All work was performed by an external company. |
| 2017–2019 | Employed 1st technician and had 1 vehicle. Expanded to full residential/general pest services; invested in overseas office staff with a strong focus on customer care. |
| 2020–2022 | Scaled commercial services, matured our SOPs. Invested in 3 more vehicles and 2 Full time technicians plus 1 casual emplyee. |
| 2023–2025 | Became licensed to perform our own termite inspections and treatments. Strengthened systems (ServiceM8, Monday CRM, 3CX, Gmail/Sheets), and built a stronger remote office team in the Philippines consisting of 6 team members. Now have 5 vehicles and 5 technicians based in South East Queensland. |
