Daily Workflow
Purpose
Provide a reliable day plan so jobs run on time, safely, and to standard.
Start of Day
- Check ServiceM8 schedule and notes; confirm stock and PPE; verify chemical levels.
- Vehicle check: fuel, tyres, spill kit, first aid, ladders secured; ensure labels/SDS are accessible.
- Review any follow-ups or warranty visits due today.
On the Road
- Use route planning; send ETA SMS from the app if running late.
- Drive safely; park considerately; protect lawns/driveways.
On Site
- Follow 5 Star Customer Service page for greeting, walk-through, expectations.
- Perform treatment/inspection per SOP; take photos, log products used, capture risks.
- Complete ServiceM8 job details before leaving site; send after-care and invoice as directed.
End of Day
- Restock vehicle; dispose of waste per label/regulations; wipe down equipment.
- Update jobs requiring follow-up; set reminders; post day summary in Teams if requested.
