Residential Pest Control – Standard

Includes internal, external and roof void. 12-month warranty on cockroaches, silverfish & spiders. 6-month warranty on ants. Free basic rodent treatment.

End of Lease Spray $150 — Covers cockroaches, silverfish, spiders, ants and fleas.
Bed Bug Treatment (per room) $350 — Contain room; do not move items unless sealed; hot-wash linens/clothes; includes 1 mattress/room. Extra mattress/upholstery $50; extra room $160.
Wasp Spray / Nest Removal $100 — Locate and treat active nest.
Ant Treatment (one-off) $100 No warranty Targeted spray only (no baiting transfer program).
Chemical Upgrade (Seclira) $30 — Premium chemistry upgrade.
Bird Mite Treatment $350 — Targeted bird-mite protocol and harbourage advice.

Termite Services & Bundles

Inspection includes visual assessment, moisture/thermal where required, findings report, quote and recommendations.
