Agreements & Onboarding

  • Sign contractor agreement and commission schedule before first job.
  • Provide licenses, insurance, and qualifications; keep current (e.g., timber pest licence if conducting termite services).
  • Induction: PPE, SDS/labels, software access, vehicle checks.

Service Quality & Brand

  • Follow SOPs; maintain 5-star customer service; protect client property.
  • Zero tolerance for shortcutting label directions or unsafe practices.

Uniforms & Vehicles

  • Uniform and ID required; vehicle clean and professional; signage as directed.
  • Carry spill kit and first aid; secure loads and ladders.

Software & Data

  • Use ServiceM8 for all jobs; attach photos and forms.
  • Protect client data; do not store locally beyond job need.

Compliance & Safety

  • Follow APVMA labels, SDS, and WHS rules. Report incidents immediately.
  • Maintain PPE; complete refreshers as scheduled; no decanting into unlabelled containers.

Invoicing & Payment

  • Submit invoices as per agreement; include job numbers and dates.
  • Queries go to Ops/Admin; respond to information requests within 1 business day.
